The Tri-State Rose Society
of 2008 Tour of Roses A Self-Guided Tour of Sunday, May 18 Just $5 for the entire tour! Purchase tickets at any garden gate. Sponsored by
Cornerstone Bank Normally CONTACT of May 17 and 18, you can tip toe through the rose bushes of
Chattanooga’s premier rose gardens and get one-on-one
tips for growing roses from expert rosarians. Featured gardens also display perennials, annuals, water
features, sculptures and interesting landscape elements - not to mention
outstanding views. Some gardens are
located in gated communities, while others are in modest neighborhoods.
But they all have one thing in common – roses – the world’s
favorite flower. We hope that our tour will be an enjoyable experience for
you, and that it will inspire you to try your hand at growing roses. And as you stop and smell the roses, keep in mind why
we’re doing this – to benefit CONTACT of Chattanooga Crisis/Helpline (just
dial the word CON-TACT). Visit one garden or all twelve for a donation of $5.
